Manian Steel Company, the first manufacturer of aluminum coils and leaded bronze coils, is a national project that supplies raw materials in order to produce bearings in Iran Bearing and Bushing Company (IBBC), which is the largest manufacturer of bearings, bushings, and thrust washers in Iran and is a member of Farzanegan Group.
Manian Steel manufacturing complex is located on a 60,000 square meter land in Khorramdasht Industrial Zone located in Takestan, Qazvin Province and will start the first phase of its performance with a shed of 10,000 square meters. The contracts for factory design, production line design, and the supply of production machines for Manian Steel Company have been carried out. The construction of the sheds and the installation of the production lines is currently underway, and pilot production at the plant is scheduled to begin in the near future.
Having started its performance, the company can supply the aluminum coils and leaded bronze coils required for IBBC lines, making IBBC the first and only manufacturer of bearings in the Middle East, which produces raw materials and the final products at the same time.
With the performance of Manian Steel Company, the country will no longer need to import raw materials. However, the country imports about 12 million USD of raw materials currently. In addition, the company can earn about 10 million USD by exporting aluminum coils and leaded bronze coils to the neighboring countries. Manian Steel Company will not only prevent the outflow of foreign exchange, but it will also boost the export and as a result, it will expand job opportunities.
