Paris Center is one of the most well-known shopping malls in Pasdaran, Tehran. Hosting domestic and international brands and having a great food court, this complex is among the best shopping centers in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tehran.
The construction of Paris Center was completed at the end of 2016 and officially opened at the beginning of 2017. Paris Center sits on an area of 2000 m2 with a built up area of about 7,000 m2. The Center includes shops, offices, parking, and food court. Paris Center is a multi-storey building in which 3 floors comprises of retail space, 2 floors of office space, 1 complete floor dedicated to the foodcourt and 7 floors of parking space. Paris Center currently hosts about 40 stores of domestic and international brands. The office sections of the building is being utilized by some of Farzanegan Fars Group subsidiaries. Apart from that, this sections have been rented by other companies as well.
