Boniz Khodro Company

In response to increasing domestic demand for commercial trucks and as part of the ongoing diversification strategy of the Farzanegan Fars Nikoo Group, Boniz Khodro was established in 2020. Strategically located in Shiraz, the company’s production facility is dedicated to manufacturing a range of medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks along with associated components.

As outlined in the development roadmap, pilot production commenced in late 2023, with full-scale manufacturing of medium-duty trucks beginning in 2024. In the subsequent phase, the company will expand into the production of heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

Boniz Khodro has acquired all necessary production permits from regulatory authorities and has entered into a technical partnership with one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. This collaboration ensures the implementation of advanced manufacturing practices and the delivery of high-quality, internationally competitive trucks to the Iranian market.
