Farzanegan Energy Pars Company

Farzanegan Energy Pars, a member of Farzanegan Fars Nikoo Group, operates in the energy sector with a focus on downstream oil and gas, refining and the development of value-added petroleum products.
The company is the developer of the Farzanegan Gas Condensate Refinery, currently under construction in Asaluyeh, Bushehr Province, within the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone on the Persian Gulf.
The refinery is designed to process 40,000 barrels of gas condensate per day, with its feedstock to be supplied directly from the South Pars gas field.
The planned product portfolio includes high-value hydrocarbon products such as Heavy End, Butane Cut, Pentane Cut, Sweet Naphtha and industrial solvents 400 and 402, supporting domestic demand and creating opportunities for export.
Engineering studies, technology procurement, strategic equipment purchasing and significant infrastructure development have been undertaken as part of the project, which is currently progressing toward completion.
The refinery is currently scheduled for commissioning in the first half of 2027, subject to project progress.
Farzanegan Energy Pars is developing this project with a long-term focus on value creation, downstream development and strengthening the country’s energy and refining capabilities.
