Paris Center Commercial-Administrative Complex

Pris Center Commercial & Office Complex, one of the commercial and office assets of Farzanegan Fars Nikoo Group, is a mixed-use development located in the Pasdaran district of Tehran.
The complex is built on a 2,000-square-meter site with approximately 7,000 square meters of built-up area, combining commercial, office, dining and parking facilities within a single development.
Pris Center includes three floors of premium retail space with approximately 40 stores, two floors of office space and seven floors of parking, together with a modern food court.
The retail component accommodates a range of domestic and international brands, while the office floors are home to the headquarters of several Farzanegan Fars Nikoo Group companies as well as independent businesses.
The combination of its location, mixed-use structure and supporting infrastructure makes Pris Center one of the Group’s commercial real estate assets in northern Tehran.
The complex was completed in late 2016 and officially opened in early 2017.
