Farzanegan Exploration and Production Company

Farzanegan Exploration & Production, a subsidiary of Farzanegan Fars Nikoo Group, was established to explore, develop, and invest in upstream oil and gas projects.

The company’s core activities include oil and gas well drilling and completion, the provision of well services, the construction of oil and gas processing facilities, the procurement of strategic equipment and materials for wells and surface facilities, the development of crude oil and gas condensate storage and loading terminals, the construction of oil and gas transmission pipelines, and the export of crude oil and gas condensate.

In 2026, the company signed an Iran Petroleum Contract (IPC) Memorandum of Understanding with the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) for the development of the Khayyam Oil and Gas Field.

Located in Bushehr Province, the Khayyam Field is one of Iran’s significant hydrocarbon assets, containing substantial reserves of natural gas, gas condensate, and crude oil.

The development of this strategic project is being advanced through the expertise of the company’s technical teams, supported by the financial strength and diversified capabilities of Farzanegan Fars Nikoo Group, reflecting the Group’s long-term commitment to strengthening Iran’s energy sector and delivering sustainable value through responsible resource development.
